Dory offers an unforgettable prize in Ballina

BALLINA Fair Cinemas has joined the latest My Cinema promotion, partnering with Disney to bring the Finding Nemo sequel, Finding Dory, to local screens and offering the chance to win a family trip for four to The Great Barrier Reef, valued at $14,000.

Ballina audiences can join the adventure with the family film Finding Dory (G), with the opportunity to win a family trip for four to The Great Barrier Reef.

The prize includes flights to Hamilton, transfers, six-night hotel accommodation in a Coral Sea View Room including breakfast and meal allowance, five-day buggy hire at Hamilton Island, Reef Ranger Experience, Seaplane Reef Adventure Tour and Great Barrier Reef Tour.

The film opens today and the competition closes Thursday, July 28.

After 13 years of anticipation, the sequel to the hit animation Finding Nemo (2003) is here.

The friendly-but-forgetful blue tang fish reunites with her loved ones, and everyone learns a few things about the real meaning of family along the way.

Dory is a wide-eyed, blue tang fish who suffers from memory loss every 10 seconds or so.

The one thing she can remember is that she somehow became separated from her parents as a child.

With help from her friends Nemo and Marlin, Dory embarks on an epic adventure to find them.

Her journey brings her to the Marine Life Institute, a conservatory that houses diverse ocean species.

Dory now knows that her family reunion will only happen if she can save mom and dad from captivity.

This will be an unforgettable journey she probably won’t remember.

The cast is filled with stars, with Ellen DeGeneres back to the role of Dory.
