Haunt is back with Alota Ffagina and Kinky the Clown

KINKY the clown will juggle “boobs”, and a bearded lady will take to the stage with Alota Ffagina the exotic woman.

Haunt Cabaret Lounge Bar will reopen its doors with a new show Cirque Du Haunt.

The popular Mackay cabaret venue closed in early March due to COVID-19 restrictions.

Owners Debbie and Stuart Read are looking forward to reopening on July 10.

They are excited about the new production that incorporates well-known songs and memorable characters.

“The giant penis and vagina will also return. Anyone who has been here knows what that means,” Mr Read said.

Mrs Read described the show as funny with an array of music genres.

“It’s about having fun,” she said.

The first weekend is booked out.

The interior space has been altered to suit COVID-19 restrictions, and only 40 patrons are allowed in.

“We have decided to go single-use products for the majority of our drinks and will also be serving our food in single-use containers,” Mrs Read said.

“It will be table service only. That beats standing and waiting at a bar.”
