Nimbin Lane Boys: Another arrest made
POLICE have made another arrest under Strike Force Cuppa, an investigation into the ongoing large scale supply of cannabis in Nimbin.
Police founded the strike force to investigate an area in Nimbin known as Rainbow Lane and a drug supply syndicate known as the Nimbin Lane Boys, Senior Constable David Henderson said.
As a result of this investigation police identified a number of suspects.
One person identified during the investigation was a 26-year-old man from Lillian Rock, Sen Const Henderson said.
This man attended Nimbin police station on Wednesday where he was arrested.
He was later charged with taking part in the supply of a prohibited drug and participate in a criminal group.
He was released on conditional bail and will face Lismore Local Court in September.
