Rebels will not be easy, says Reds skipper Horwill

RUGBY UNION: Reds captain James Horwill said there had not been much time for his teammates to sit and reflect on their poor second half against the Crusaders last Sunday.

The Queenslanders led 17-16 at half-time before folding in defence to finish up getting humbled 57-29.

The Reds have now lost their past five games straight and sit bottom of the Australian conference.

And despite their next task coming against the Rebels - a team they have never lost to in Super Rugby - at Suncorp Stadium on Saturday night, Horwill (pictured) believes it won't be an easy one.

"They're going to want to come up here and get the result and vice versa. We're pretty keen to stop this losing record we've got at the moment," he said.

Meanwhile, the Brumbies have been boosted by Jesse Mogg and Scott Fardy re-committing for a season each.
