UPDATE: PLUTORIUS, ridden by Tegan Harrison, has won the Lismore Cup, the main event of the day. 

Plutorious is trained by Jeremy Sylvester and ran from barrier 5 with Brisbane's leading female jockey, Ms Harrison, who recently dominated the Ballina Cup carnival with a winning treble, including the Ballina Cup. 

 

INITIAL REPORT: SPATHA (#2), ridden by Samantha Polo, has won the Lismore Workers Club Rousillon Handicap at the Lismore Cup raceday.

The Rousillon is the main support event for the Lismore Cup. 

The Cup race itself is expected to be run at 5.05pm.
