SOMETIMES you just need to dance like everyone is watching.

But we probably shouldn't take a lesson from this rider captured on a dash cam, who has found a way to get the blood pumping while waiting for the light to turn green.

The video captured the attention of Dash Cam Owners Australia, and has since been liked more than 12,000 times.

The world would be a better place if all of us were keen to move like this, but when in traffic, maybe keep it to a gentle nodding of the head.
