Win tickets to The Black Sorrows

THE Black Sorrows have recorded their first chart appearance in almost a decade.

Certified Blue, album No. 17 from The Black Sorrows, has debuted on the ARIA physical chart at No. 41 and held its position at No. 4 on the ARIA Jazz and Blues Chart.

Joe Camilleri considers Certified Blue one of the high points of his recording career with The Black Sorrows.

"Certified Blue seems to have struck a chord with music fans around the globe. I'm still humbled by the fact people find something in the music that resonates with them... enough to take it home," he said.

The new single Save Me was released to radio this week.

With its gospel and country overtones, Save Me returns to the classic Black Sorrows mode with the infectious sing-along chorus which is sure to make the song a concert favourite. The band will support the album on a national Certified Blue tour in July - dates to be announced. Joe will be visiting regional areas on a promotional tour throughout June.

Certified Blue is available now on iTunes.

We have two copies of Certified Blue and two double passes to give away for The Black Sorrows.
